The staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean, good location, we were able to leave our cases at reception after checking out and come back when we were ready to go to the airport. There were always taxis outside the Novotel which was very convenient for us.

Everything was great with the room which was clean wifi was good and the location was what we required We would go to the Novotel at Langley again and will recommend it to others

We stayed at the Novotel the night before and night of our wedding. The place smells fantastic as you walk in. Free sparkling and still water, which you can fill your water bottles up with. Beds were comfy, room was very clean. Staff were helpful for the day of our wedding & even sent us a card & bottle of sparkling - very thoughtful!

Very happy with the Novotel Murray Street - very nice, well appointed hotel with food options and amenities, easy to get to from airport and public transportation at a reasonable price. I would be happy to go back.
