We have spent one week at Novotel Toronto Centre Hotel and it all went very well.
The rooms are very spacious and clean with all the necessary comforts.
The staff is very kind and always available to help. The hotel is located in a very central area in Downtown Toronto, very close (walking distance) to St Lawerence Market, Union Station, CN Tower, Harbourfront and metro stops. There are lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

One of the reasons I keep returning to the Novotel North York ( I have stayed there a dozen times at least over the past 30 years ) is the great Breakfast Buffet. Keep it up!

The location of this hotel was the very best! We were within walking distance to so many venues, attractions, and restaurants. The restaurant at the hotel was top-notch, and the customer service was stupendous. We were particularly impressed with the work ethic and personality of one of our servers named Tatiana. Novotel is lucky to have her in their employ! Our room was large, clean, and so brightly decorated. The bed was super comfy. Thank you, Novotel.

Large room lots of space for luggage, hanging space and shopping etc. Super king-size bed so comfortable, great night's sleep. Great upgrade for Accor membership and lovely welcome gesture for our anniversary celebration 🎉🎂. Thank you so much, we would recommend Novotel Toronto Centre to our family and friends, great location for Lawrence Market, Distillery District and the old town. We would definitely stay here again. ☺️
