SwitzerlandThe staff was exceptionally friendly. The breakfast on offer was attractive, varied and delicious. The pool size was all right, not large, but the view from the terrace overlooking the Acropolis made up for it. A very clean and welcoming property. Highly recommended.

The hotel fulfils all usual Novotel standards, and the staff acts professionally, is helpful, and is correct. However, the surroundings are not nice, and it is a security risk to move around outside of the hotel at nighttime (drug dealers and drug abusers around). Except for a low-standard cafe next door, no eating, coffee, or refreshment options are available outside of the hotel.
