The Novatel was modern, clean & comfortable. The location was an easy walk from the train station &Hop on/Hop off buses. The room was spacious & comfortable, we were very happy. Great breakfast, no complaints from us. A great stay.

The kids friendly orientation of the structure and employee! There is a nice playing area for the children, they are all welcome playing in the pool ! Breakfast as in every Novotel was exceptional. Tiny room but confortable ! Location close to city center walking distance or metro /buses are available.

It is up to Novotel standard, staff were very attentive, breakfast is good. Good room once a change was made to the gardenside.

We always stay in Novotel hotels when we are abroad , The staff are always very helpful and friendly , the room is excellent and the food is great. The check-in is very easy and in Munich Novotel Boris was exceptionally polite efficient and helpful . He was really helpful very polite and professional. We will definitely stay there again when in Munich.
