Extremely comfortable, and beautiful views from the room (we were in luck getting a corner room). It’s very conveniently located at just a few minutes walk from the town center. Parking is also very convenient, but note it costs 15€. Staff was incredibly nice, and huge bonus that they can provide free entrance to the Palais (which has a pool, saunas, and hammam). Extremely pleased with our stay. The restaurant is also excellent (they do room service), though vegetarian options were a little limited. And during the day the lobby and bar area are excellent for getting some work done.

The facilities are clean and well maintained. Garden is beautiful. Staff is awesome.

The Novotel Valence Sud offers comfortable accommodations and an outdoor swimming pool. It is a 5-minute drive from the A7 motorway and Valence city center.

I always try to stay at Novotel no matter where I go in the world, because I've never yet had a grumpy staff member. They are always absolutely lovely and this is what's most important to me. And that it has 24 hour front desk. And I know the quality will be awesome. And I always feel safe. Also, because most always have the Creme Brulee on their menu which we LOVE!! Thank you Novotel.
