Good breakfast (extent and selection) but badly behaved service staff (only at breakfast).
Rooms well equipped, hotel (lobby) otherwise slightly desolate. Not necessarily "NOVOTEL level".
Location only acceptable for those traveling by car, as there is (almost) no infrastructure within walking distance. (Once you have found a parking space on site, you won't give it up lightly in the evening.)
