Very nice and modern hotel located in charming center of Bucharest. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had a small technical issue and Larisa changed our room to a new one with an amazing view and free minibar. We got also 2 welcome drinks from the property. All in all we had a very pleasant time and I highly recommend Hotel Novotel as one of the best choices for a stay in Bucharest
