Beautiful and clean room, great food, and a fantastic pool. I really like that they didn't play loud music at the pool like other places. The location was peaceful and was only a few minutes walking from the lake.

The staff is very welcoming and flexible. Always receive and respond to you with a smile.

Everything was excellent. We arrived a bit later then expected and staff was super understanding. Communication was a breeze, and they even provided some info about restaurants and things to see in the town.

Amazing experience. Very quiet location, beautiful gardens where you listen only birds singing. It's like birds sanctuary. We felt at home, the family owning the business made the effort to make us feel at home. Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable beds, clean sheets. Rich organic breakfast. ❤️

The Hotel is just in front of a supermarket, close by Shkodër, and the on the way to Theth. The family owner is very friendly, they make the best to you have a good time, we felt very welcomed. The size of the room is big and comfortable, everything clean. The breakfast is prepared freshly, they bring a plate on your table.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, but there are still places nearby where you can grab a drink or a bite to eat in the evening. The staff is very polite and helpful. Now about the room itself – simply superb, worthy of a 5-star hotel. Spacious, a comfortable bed, quiet air conditioning, and a large bathroom with a really nice shower system. 12 points out of 10!

The place was very quiet and private. The host was very gracious and helped us a lot, even in finding a taxi to reach the city center of Shkoder.

The property itself is absolutely fantastic, from a nice manicured lawn and a beautiful deck wrapping around the house, looking out to their small vineyard. The house was huge, comfortable and extremely clean and had all of the amenities that one would need including a washer and dryer. But what stood out for us was the hostess. Mira was so kind and generous and extremely thoughtful, we truly enjoyed our time with her and our conversations. She made the stay a most memorable one. I would recommend for anybody to stay at this property and if we were back in the region, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

A magical, peaceful place at the shore of Lake Shkodra. So lush and green - a large space full of grass, trees, birds chirping. Many caravans are parked in the compound. There are also regular parking spots for the guests of the hotel or tree houses. We took a hotel room. It is not large, but clean, and has the basic facilities. An advantage is that the water in the resort are drinkable. The price is affordable, although breakfast is not included. However, there is an excellent restaurant in the resort; it is open from morning till late evening and has a variety of food - fresh, tasty and for low prices and very good service. There is also a minimarket and laundry services inside the resort. Bear in mind, though, that the staff do not freshen up the room or supply clean towels unless you explicitly ask the staff to do it ... The resort offers a daily boat tour to Komani lake and Shala river, which includes lunch and a minibus transportation from the resort and back - recommended.

Just needed a place to sleep for the night. The host was incredibly welcoming and kind. Best value in the area for sure. Very comfortable beds. Only a couple miles from town.
