Location, terrace, wonderful breakfast and good restaurant, super friendly staff

The accommodation was located close to all kinds of sports facilities (skiing, cross-country skiing, archery, etc.). From the house, it is easy to go for a walk, take the lift up or down. The road to the accommodation is a beautiful 20-minute drive. There is a toll to pay, but the houseowner will provide you with tickets for the duration of your stay so you can drive in and out. This is a huge advantage, as each return trip costs 10 euros.

Apartment is comfortable, clean and modern. Staff is very nice, kind and professional. Location is more than perfect.

I stayed 1 night, because travelling further. But as the nature is beautiful, it offers several outdoor possibilities at the lake or hike or exploring waterfalls, I could recommend it for longer stay. Very friendly personal, (all speak Hungarian as well), they are happy to take your personal wishes and support with ideas for the day. For breakfast they provide allergen free options on request. Breakfast with lake view is enjoyable. From my room I also had charming lake view, which is a bonus.

The accommodation was wonderful and peaceful, exactly how it looked on the photos. Great choice for anyone looking for a place to stay when going skiing, not even a one-minute drive from the cable car.

The Villa Marienhof was a sweet home with friendly and attentive staff, large room, comfortable beds, clean bathroom with plenty of space to hang towels and keep toiletries. Parking was also extremely convenient (which hasn’t always been the case in our travels). All that we needed to get rested while exploring the beautiful surrounding area, alps, and villages!! Would definitely recommend!

Every thing is available and like home All facilities are next to you I rent car so travel even easy very very good view every day and night won’t be last for me for sure

Excellent Apartment with great view . The apartment is equipped with literally everything you will need ( Fully equipped kitchen with cleaning set in cute box , washing machine and iron facilities, fast speed Internet, TV with streaming services like Netflix, there is a dedicated parking space just outside the building, an elevation that reach every floor and there was an AC in our apartment not that we need it as the weather was nice and there was mosquito net on the window and balcony doors) . Beautiful view of the lake and 3 Grocery store nearby and they direct you to a access to a beach nearby to swim or paddle on the lake . Villach center is approximately 10 Min drive .
