The house and my room was clean. Bathroom was spotless. Beautiful mountain view from the breakfast area. The breakfast had a variety of choices and they were all delicious. Especially liked the fried eggs! The house is located in a quite street, a few steps from the main street and 5 minutes walk to the bus station.

The hotel is ideally located in Oetz, close to the swimming pool, the city center, the mountain lifts, the supermarket and the Kids Park. You can do everything by foot. Beyond this, the room was clean, we had a nice view on the mountains and a balcony. The breakfast is good and generous. Not the best we had but this is still a nice place to have it. The owner and staff have been welcoming.

Our recent stay was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. Location is great, a few min walk to the town. The Resort is in great condition, always very well maintained and cleaned. Perfect place for a family trip. Kids playground, outside and inside + kids heated pool. Additional heated infinity pool for adults, with gorgeous mountain views. A great place to relax. Amazing breakfast buffet, a lot of choices for everyone. Great dinner selection. The Cook is a master chef, I was very much impressed with the quality of the food at dinner time.
