Actually everything: location in a beautiful valley, own terrace, pool with no additional charge and mountains view, bathtub, bar etc.

Very modern and comfortable apartment, everything was clean and in perfect order. Interior is very nice and cozy, looks and feels of high quality. Very nice terrace with comfortable chairs. Located in small quiet village, with lot of hiking trails accessible directly from there without the need for driving.

True value for the money. Everything is updated, high quality, clean, and in working order. Both bed and sofa are comfy to sleep on. Room is well insulated from the noises and provides enough space. We were very happy with our stay

Gabi, the host was extremely kind and helpful, helping us with all our special needs. The hotel worked perfectly well with a 3 months old. The sauna is also nice. The view from the balcony is unbeatable. National park card included, which is very convenient and cost efficient. Valid already on arrival day and also on departure day.

This is a large, very clean place right at the center of Rauris. I really enjoyed staying here and it felt almost like home to me. The Sommercard in Rauris (which is included) is excellent, because it gives you discounts at many activities during the summer, such as tours guided by park rangers. I would be happy to return to Rauris - and also to this place.

lovely house, location is great, easy access to bus station and a short walk to the life while there is supermarket on the way

The flat was very nice furnished, it was very comfortable and close to ski lift ant the communication with the owners was very quick and easygoing. I would totally recommend this accomodation.
