We liked the location that is just a few meters from ski lifts. The Hotel is very new. The equipment in the apartment was almost unused. Very clean everywhere. Very good breakfast and we also took a la cart dinner that was excellent and with reasonable price. We liked the garage since outside was very snowy and cold.

Proximity to the slopes but ski to door only possible when enough snow.

Friendly and personal service. Nice to also see the owners of the hotel personally involved helping guests. Lots of activities and sports for kids and opportunities for them to meet each other and make new friends. This is the sort of place where you should let your children wander around and independently decide what to do. Food was good quality, also a really nice wine selection. Really good spa and facilities. The pool is separate from the quiet spa area. For an extra price you can also rent an outdoor wood-fired bath/hot-tub overlooking the lake. If you have an EV, there is also a good charging facility.

The studio appartement was perfect, small but you had all you need. Location is great.

The owner is very nice. Saunas were great with access to fresh snow. We liked the breakfast buffet selection very much. Great location too.

Very large holiday house with excellent set up and kitchen equipment. Sauna and hot tub are great.

House is made for crews of friends. House layout made us more compact. Great value for the money.

The location, modem and well furnished

Our group consisted of fifteen individuals, and we arranged for two houses to accommodate everyone. We contacted the host to facilitate our stay in adjacent chalets, and they kindly complied with our request. Communication with the host was highly efficient. The accommodation is conveniently located only a five-minute walk (slightly uphill) from the Marchenwald slope, providing almost ski-in and ski-out access. Additionally, there is a ski-pass ticket machine situated at the base of the Zirbenwaldbahn lift, allowing guests to obtain ski passes when ski out from the accommodation.

The apartment was very spacious, providing everything a family needs, including a large kitchen and well-maintained, spacious rooms. The host was generous and helped us plan some of our trips, recommending places to visit. Simply wonderful! The location of the apartment is also excellent and highly recommended.

The location is fantastic, whether you’re planning to go skiing or simply enjoy a walk around the lake - which, during our stay, was completely frozen, so we even walked across it. What stood out most to me, however, was how spacious, clean, and well-equipped the apartment is. All the rooms are large enough to comfortably accommodate two families of three. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked, making it ideal for easy, hassle-free cooking. There’s also a ski storage area below the apartment and a very charming sauna right next to the house. The host speaks only German, but he is super kind and welcoming. All in all, a wonderful experience!
