Excellent service, super nice environment, next to Parramatta river with dinning and bars surrounded by. Also the room is very new, clean and comfortable to stay. Staff has been very helpful too.

The room was excellent - very comfortable bed and pillows. We also loved the wide variety of food in the breakfast buffet. Also appreciate the complimentary coffee / hot chocolate even though there was already a coffee machine offering different types of coffee and milk.

Excellent location, a bus was organized to get to the concert which was awesome

Jarita was lovely and very welcoming. The accommodation was excellent, very clean and had everything you need in a great location. Would stay here again no problem 😊

Very comfortable and clean. Easy walk to the Sports club and IGA down the road. Accommodation was also very quiet.

200m walk to Bus Stop., where the 660 bus will take you to central Parramatta in 40 minutes, or the Norwest Metro station in 10 minutes. The aircon kept the house warm through cold Winter nights. There was plenty of hot water. The area is quiet through the night.

Location was handy. Very good communications from host. Total privacy - didn't even get tomeet the host. Value for money was best around, Easy to find.

Quiet and good neighborhood. Within reach of motorway and amenities by car. Good spacious rooms and comfortable many choice of sitting areas. Good family home with swimming pool shared with other tenant (Granny Flat)

Kirkwood had everything that you could need. The house was better than we thought and was super spacious. Backyard was a nice vibe to chill out and have a coffee.
