Breakfast for 2 was excellent+ Uprated room + 250 a night = good value. Internet was a bit tricky to start with, but fixed itself (?). Seems to be a bit of niche-customer hotel, as one woul;dn't be staying this far out otherwise... workers, academics, students etc (ie minimal "tourists"), but if you are a tourist esp if you have a car, this is good value. We were there as our son lives within 500m. Booking.com was way cheaper than my usual Hotels.com... Dunno why.

The Gentleman at the desk upon check in was extremely helpful and courteous as was the Lady who checked us out. Unit was clean and well equipped.
