Lovely clean unit and well maintained garden and lawns. Peaceful, lovely pool, great hosts. And the Kooka biscuits were a lovely welcome with tea and coffee provided. Highly recommend.

Talk about appearances being deceptive. The sign out front was a little worn but the minute you walk through the door it was very comfortable and spacious. Lovely set up, spotlessly clean. Working internet, working TV, comfortable couch and bedding and a hot shower. I liked the eco-friendly rubbish collection. I really liked the place and after a long drive it was the perfect place to rest. I also liked the confirmation communication provided by the staff.

This motel ticked all the boxes for a one night stopover. Friendly staff met our request quickly. The room was spacious with the usual facilities including a large en-suite.Inspite of it being a busy weekend there was no problem with noise. The rate was lower than what we had paid for other motels offering less services.

We loved the warm welcome from our host Scott and his dog Barney. The little house was very comfortable and in a perfect location for a relaxed weekend to enjoy meeting the farm animals and enjoying the starry night sky and Milky Way. The farm fresh eggs and home grown tomatoes were a delight. We would recommend this farm stay and will visit again ourselves. Thank-you to our hosts Sarah and Scott
