I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Ganja, the city where I was born, and it made the experience even more special. The hotel is truly five-star — very clean, newly renovated, and in a perfect location. Everything feels fresh, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service is excellent, and all the staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. I want to give a special thank you to Elchin, who works at the reception during the night shift. He went above and beyond to help me — when the hotel Wi-Fi wasn’t working well in my room, he kindly gave me his own modem so I could use the internet. This level of care and kindness is truly rare and deeply appreciated. Overall, I didn’t feel like I was staying in a hotel — it felt like I came back home. The hospitality here is exceptional, and I highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Ganja.

Hər şey yüksək səviyyədə təşkil olunub. Otaq çox təmiz və hər bir avadanlıqla təchiz olunub. İşıqlı, geniş, rahat otaq idi. Personal gülərüz və işinin professionalıdırlar. Room service xidmətindən istifadə etdim, çox razı qaldım. Səhər yeməyi çox dadlı və bol çeşidlidir. Otelin yerləşməsi çox əlverişlidir. Şəhər mərkəzinə 5 dəqiqəlik piyada məsafədə yerləşir.

There is a gym, spa, sauna and a restaurant. You could just chill in the hotel I you don't feel like going outside. Even room service if you want it.

Room is perfect, spacious, light, everything is new, staff is friendly and helpful, smiling, very welcoming atmosphere

The hotel is located in the center of the city. Both the reception and the room service staff are friendly, and they always have a smile on their face. During our stay, they brought a surprise birthday cake for my daughter at breakfast, which was a very nice gesture. The rooms are good-sized, the bed was comfortable, and their room service was top-notch.

Otaqlar çox səliqəli,şəraiti tam uyğun,bütün lazımı ləvazimatlar qaydasında idi. Personal gülərüz, mehriban və qayğıkeş idi. Səhər yeməyi bol və ləzzətli idi. Otelin yerləşmə geri mərkəzə yaxın, sakit bir yerdədir. Bir sözlə, özümüzü tam rahat hiss etdiyimiz bir yer idi. Təşəkkürlər

Great apartment for two of us, walking distance from the center. Responsive host.

This hotel is nice, it seems quite new and modern. All nice amenities. Up to “western standards”.

STAFF IS COOPERATIVE AND GOOD PEOPLE

It's a great place with great people and good vibes all around. Good happy owner that is more than happy to welcome you with his son. I stayed one night but wished I stayed more.He even gave me a whole room for myself since I was the only male tourist there, and he did the same with a solo female Traveller. He had so much locals living there too and enjoying their time

The apartment was very large and comfy for a long stay with family or friends. It was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped for those who likes to cook during their travel. When it comes to the host, he was very friendly and helpful. The bonus part is that they have few tours to provide: the city tour with lots of little details, the lake tour (Goygol and Maralgol lakes mainly), and also one hiking tour. We took the lake tour and it was amazing and very comfy to travel considering the hot weather during the summer. Highly recommended for those who like to stay with a big group on budget and also if you would like to wander around the city and the nature!

The location is great. The staff were friendly and tried to assist with any requests.

Clean and tidy space. more than that it’s spacious. I booked for a twin room , due to no availability they provided a 4 person room and most of the time I was alone

Place, stuff and apartments were really good!

The room and bathroom was clean,there is everyday cleaning in hostel,staff was very friendly and helpful,wifi was good.The place was awesome und it is near from centre of city(with foot 15m).There is not bad smell or dirty object.During 3 days could I rest and my trip was very comfortable with this hostel.I recommend this place for people
