Nice hotel with friendly staff

This family (father & daughter) run boutique hotel is run with a central focus on supporting travellers. The staff's kindness is amazing and extends far beyond what one can reasonably expect. "Restaurant closed? No worries, we'll get you something to eat." "Need to be at the airport at 5:30? No worries, we'll get you there. We'll prepare you a packed breakfast you can eat later at the airport." Perfect as a Brussel's airport hotel, but we will stay there again, even if we are not flying. Excellent restaurant. Everything! Exceptional stay. First, the staff from each department was beyond amazing with their service and care. The front desk personal were so kind with my parents and caring. The restaurant staff service and attention were extrordinary. Second, the hotel facilities are spectacular and modern, our room was very big, and the beds very comfortable. Finally, for transportation to the Brussels airport you have the option by taxi or shuttle bus and the distance is less than 10 min. In addition, tbis hotel is within 6 min walking distance to Diagem train station so you can connect with Brussels North, central or midi in less than 10 minutes. Definitely is a property to come back!

the staff is exceptionally friendly

Very convenient for the work purpose that we had to attend. The course was organized in the lobby of the hotel so we just had to descend. What’s more, we also had an update for our room, which is always nice. The hotels in this chain are always so beautifully decorated and have a particular, warm ambiance that’s so special.

Everything was perfect! The staff were very polite, friendly and attentive. They allowed us to check in early, which was amazing as we were able to enjoy our stay more. The spacious room, super-comfortable bed and marvellous view. They were very nice to prepare a bed and bowls for my dog. The hotel is no more than a 5-minute walk from Brussels North station, which is also a great point. The rooftop restaurant is a must!

Very authentic, beautiful and surrounded by nature.

Bianca honestly makes the whole place. She is very inviting, knowledgeable and makes you feel at home. On top of her welcoming stay the space takes your breathe away. She hit every detail. I included photos of the local restaurants

Super clean, comfortable & cozy!

The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. It got all necessary amenities so very suitable for family to stay close in a trip! The location is also great, right next to big supermarket. We enjoyed the stay a lot!

Stay like in Paradise, nice stay!

The hosts were wonderful, the room very comfortable and the breakfast amazing. Nice and peaceful village environment, within a pleasant walking distance from the Meise Botanic Garden. There is parking space in front of the house but it's also reachable by public transport (direct bus) from both Brussels city center and airport.

The owner are very friendly. The place is cozy, well equipped, welcoming and intelligently organized. We stayed for an entire week and we felt at home. I give the location 10, because it was convenient for me and what I was there for. It is outside of Brussels, you need the car for more or lesse everything.

The property was spotless clean and the host was very friendly and gave the best for the comfort of the guest. The location is great and calm and in a short drive distance to the Brussels center.

The space was impressively vast, offering an abundance of room for movement and relaxation. Its layout was meticulously arranged, ensuring optimal functionality and comfort. Not only did we find all the amenities we required, but we were pleasantly surprised by the additional conveniences provided. Our host exuded warmth and hospitality, readily assisting us with any inquiries or requests. The location is pretty close to the city which is a plus and there is plenty of street parking. Upon stepping into the apartment, we were greeted by immaculate cleanliness and well-maintained furnishings. Every corner bore testament to the care taken in its upkeep, instilling a sense of reassurance and ease. Remarkably, even for my visually impaired wife, navigating through the rooms posed no challenge, attesting to the thoughtful design and accessibility of the space. I would definitely come back to stay here again.
