This family (father & daughter) run boutique hotel is run with a central focus on supporting travellers. The staff's kindness is amazing and extends far beyond what one can reasonably expect. "Restaurant closed? No worries, we'll get you something to eat." "Need to be at the airport at 5:30? No worries, we'll get you there. We'll prepare you a packed breakfast you can eat later at the airport." Perfect as a Brussel's airport hotel, but we will stay there again, even if we are not flying. Excellent restaurant. Wow! The spa was awesome, and hotel guests get a 50% discount on the spa entry after 5PM. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly.

Nice hotel with friendly staff

Very convenient for the work purpose that we had to attend. The course was organized in the lobby of the hotel so we just had to descend. What’s more, we also had an update for our room, which is always nice. The hotels in this chain are always so beautifully decorated and have a particular, warm ambiance that’s so special.

Everything! Exceptional stay. First, the staff from each department was beyond amazing with their service and care. The front desk personal were so kind with my parents and caring. The restaurant staff service and attention were extrordinary. Second, the hotel facilities are spectacular and modern, our room was very big, and the beds very comfortable. Finally, for transportation to the Brussels airport you have the option by taxi or shuttle bus and the distance is less than 10 min. In addition, tbis hotel is within 6 min walking distance to Diagem train station so you can connect with Brussels North, central or midi in less than 10 minutes. Definitely is a property to come back!

A great find while working in Vilvoorde for a week. Large bedroom with dining table and kitchenette, plus ensuite shower. Plenty of nearby food options (although lots appeared closed on the Monday) and a Carrefour express nearby. A great selection of bottled beers in the lounge bar. The area seems well served by Uber too.

Well located property with everything you need to find around walking distance. Public transportation, taxi, airport, restaurants and shops. Apartment is big with comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and nice terrace and a living room. Host is very responsive and pleasant to communicate. Recommended to stay.

Shops nearby. Underground parking is very practical. The apartment is bright and spacious. Nice view from living room.

I like the hotel location, team, food... and Was very calm place.

For us it was a perfect stay. We had to come for a fast visit and it gave us the best value for the price. The rooms were clean and healthy. It was so nice that we could still have a drink later in the evening. The breakfast was excellent. Parking places area 😕 in available with cheap day tickets.
