Nice little hotel/guest house in a lovely village. The room was comfortable, warm and cozy. Location a little further from the center than other hotels, but still an easy walk. Host gave us great advice on where to eat. The spa is a great extra - steam room and small pool.

We like everything about the property. Very nice house, very clean and comfortable. The stuff was helpful and very, very kind. The food was great- fresh , tasty and delicious. Special thanks to Mr Emil , the cook at the restaurant and everyone who made feel us comfortable .

The room was great - cozy, comfortable, clean and with a great view. The property is located a couple minutes away from the city center. The owner was friendly and helpful. There were all the necessary facilities. I recommend it.

The place is just lovely! It is soooo comfy and beautiful! We really loved it. And it’s really well located as well. And the people is really kind and willing to help.

We spent 3 nights during winter. The apartment was cozy, very well heated, very comfortable. The host was very polite and prepared home made breakfast for us every morning. The location is also very good - right downtown.

The location is great (although in a small city like this, any location will be good). The host was exceptionally welcoming and sweet. The check-in, check-out process, and communication with him were a breeze. We really liked the house and our room - while you have all the necessities covered, you also get a sense of the original Koprivshtitsa style through elements in the decor of the house, which really adds to your overall Koprivshtitsa experience. I recommend you get breakfast here - it's really good, and it's plenty, it's worth it. I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Good location with perfect view

The house is situated at one of the ends of Koprivshtica , still 5 mins away from the center. There is a path to go for a walk in the mountains which starts nearby, gorgeous views. The room was clean and comfortable, with a charming design. Definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful house, mixing modern and historic in a wonderful and tasteful way. The host was very communicative and the location was really excellent, very walkable and in a beautiful but convenient part of town. Really loved this space and its energy, and asked to extend our stay an extra night!

We stayed one night. Didn't do much research before I booked it. We had very nice experience! The house was literally 5 min walk to the downtown. The house is extremely clean, everything was very organized, beds were comfortable. The owner was super nice and accommodating! The kitchen had all kind of utensils and it was well equipped. We were a party of 8 and everyone enjoyed it!'Great value for the price. I would definitely recommend it!

Excellent place to stay, not far from the city center. Friendly owners, helped us with what we needed for our trip. You can have nice breakfast and even dinner there with request in advance. The room was clean and spacy, and the mattress was so comfortable :)

Everything was 10/10 amazing! The host was warming and nice. The room and house were very clean and renovated ! I would stay here again and recomend people to do so too!
