The house is brand new and tastefully furnished, very comfortable with plenty of space for a family. It is decorated with traditional items and creates very special atmosphere. The views are absolutely breathtaking, like a postcard. Many hiking paths behind the house take you to the top of the peaks. Convenient to take a day trip to Zlatograd, Smolyan, Greece, etc. Madan is close by where you have all the stores and restaurants. And last but not least, the host Rosa was great, very helpful and made sure all of our need were met, I would definitely go back.

We had a great stay at Hotel Nays! The room was very spacious and perfectly clean. We especially loved the large balcony with a beautiful view. The bathroom was modern and had a jacuzzi, which was a real bonus. The staff were kind, helpful, and available when we needed something. Would definitely stay here again!

The house and the location are gorgeous. The communication with the host was always a pleasure. The charm of an old stone house with a touch of modernity. It felt cosy and we had everything we needed. The panoramic views and the silence, interrupted only by the bird songs were priceless. You need to cook or bring all the food you need, as the restaurant and grocery shop are a 10-minute drive away. We knew that alredy from the description of the property and we did not mind. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and the perfect communication! We would love to come back some day.

The experience at this place was overwhelmingly positive — a solid 10 out of 10 for all of us. The welcome and the level of care shown by the staff should honestly be the standard across all of Bulgaria. Exceptionally warm, friendly, and professional. Kudos to the hosts! We were satisfied with absolutely everything. The rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished, and very comfortable. Each one features a bathtub with mineral water — a real treat. Every house has its own kitchen and dining area, plus a separate shared space for gatherings, celebrations, breakfast, or dinner. There's also sound and music equipment available for events, and the insulation is good enough that guests seeking peace and quiet won't be disturbed. To top it all off, there's an outdoor sauna that perfectly complements the mineral water baths and the wild nature surrounding the property. Eco trails are also nearby for those who enjoy the outdoors. We left this place feeling genuinely recharged — by the nature, the owners, and the whole atmosphere around us. Thank you! The house it's great and covered all the needs we got. First and most obvious is the amazing view in the nature. The house is on high and quiet position. After that comes all the comfort of the house. Has 5 bedroom, kitchen, living room and 3 bathrooms. Most of the bedrooms have terrace. We were group of 7 adults and 3 kids and the place worked perfectly for us. It's renovated and looks cozy and new. As a location, it was easy to go to every attraction that we had in the list. The Hosts are amazing and the experience was great!
