Friendly neighbourhood, space for parking. Had a great time,sauna is great as well.Total relaxation.

Really impressed! I can hardly recommend this hotel to every person that want to visit Veliko Tarnovo. Lovely view from the balcony . Also one of the best spa so far in Bulgaria. Clean welcoming rooms ! Everything is with amazing touch in details. Lovely smiling staff , always ready to help . If you have special occasion this is look like perfect place to be. I will definitely be back again. Thank you for the great hospitality.

Nice location, confortable rooms, good restaurant

The location is great, right close to the old streets! The restaurant has superb views overlooking the whole valleys. I also like the receptionists who are very helpful and offer luggage storage and early check-in.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Veliko Tarnovo. Overall, we had a great experience.

I liked the view from the balcony towards the city of Veliko Tarnovo, the variety of breakfast and the hotel staff is excellent, ready to help you with any question you may have.

Everything was almost perfect, new and comfortable

We have rented the place for two nights, travelling across medieval Bulgaria, for us and our son. We have booked two-bedroom apartment with the terrace, as we wanted to have a view on fortress across. We got two connected apartments, so we had two kitchens, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, one living room and one terrace. Had I know that I would took only one apartment :) But still, it is a very modern building, with underground parking in the building, with elevator. Rooms are spacious and clean, with good linen. Although we had a small view of the castle, still it view was panoramic and beautiful. The communication with the host was very easy, we used English, and as we arrived at 20.00 in the evening the receptions waited for us to handle us the keys. Next to the apartments there are museums and restaurants. We stop for 2 days as there is a lot of historical places we wanted to visit and also having two fortresses makes it a unique place.

Clean, spacious, quick and effective staff

The hotel was very good, very clean, you can park in front of the hotel, there is no parking but still enough space. Breakfast was good, and room was very clean. Hotel is 10min walking distance from the old town, located in a very quiet area.

Location was perfect! The view from my window was unbelievable, especially the night that there was a light show at the Fortress. Staff extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good and my bed was super comfortable. The room was spacious and I felt very safe as a solo female traveler.

The host is very friendly and helpfull. The location is great- 5 min max to city centre; very good restaurants close to the location; we parked the car right outside the entrace, safe and free. The owner left us a lovely suprise in the frige and on the kitchen counter - thank you again :)

This is a great apartment within walking distance to the south bus station and all attractions in town. It is stylish, spacious, clean, and well maintained. The owner was flexible with check in/check out times, and sent super clean instructions on how to get in. The room faces the street but was reasonably quiet at night. Highly recommended!
