Good location, nice to have the outside part.

Staff was really nice, we booked last minute and arrived late, but everything was good. We had just small issues with the room, but they were very helpful. Room was huge, bed was comfy, everything looked pretty new. Breakfast was good.

The staffs were very friendly, helpful and amiable, they would help you what you want once they could. They are well-informed, although the concierge couldn't speak English well, he called his manager to help me. The manager told me what I want, it's very useful. They provided storage after check-out. The breakfast buffet was very plentiful and nice. They have different fruits, I want to stay more days ever. The location was very convenient, near to the bus terminal, even you can walk there if you don't have too many luggages. I'll continue to stay here once I come here again.

The location es really excellent, just two blocks from the main square in the very historic centre of Cochabamba city.

Well located downtown at a short distance from the cathedral and most important sites of interest. The hotel staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. I extended my stay by another 3 nights, because I enjoyed the service and the convenience of the location.
