Delighted heated tiles at bathroom. Good water pressure. Hot and cold water at sink QUIET!!!!! Silent Minisplit, off the bed, so is conditioning the ambient, not freezing you!!!! Not a commercial or high traffic street. Perfect location. Good parking. TO THE OWNER: congratulations sir. Excellent job. Is a place to live in.
