United StatesThis was my fifth trip to Sherwood and once again exceeded all expectations! The staff is incredible, the property is 10x more beautiful than in any picture, and the rooms are cozy with amazing bath tubs and fire places! I love this place and will be back as soon as possible!

CanadaVery friendly stuff and community, only one advice that if you decide to travel here tomorrow, you better have a good pair of winter tires if you traveling on car because we were stuck in snow for almost 2 hours before the entrance of this cottage’s. Overall everything great, cottage are warm, have beautiful views, great kitchen, comfy beds only one small issue personally my cottage wasn’t having tv and access to wifi because it was far from main unit.

Love all the water activities that are included! We tried it all! Beautiful lake views! Clean and comfortable room. Very spacious with own kitchen. Great air-con. Both full shower and bath! Friendly staff. Perfect location! Convenient parking. Wonderful stay - we’ll be back!

The hotel is located superbly right in front of Lake Muskoka, with its own pier and water "toys" - kayaks, canoes and pedal boats - available at no extra cost. It's also a short walk to a few restaurants a shops. There is a large car park outside, quite convenient to get in and get out of. The lake itself is superb! Our room was huge, plus a bathroom bigger than many hotel rooms I've stayed in as well as a nice kitchen with a huge fridge.

Great location! Was able to walk into the town of port carling which has many shops, coffee shops and great restaurants. There’s also an lcbo and a foodland. I feel that owning or renting a boat/seadoo during your stay could really make it next level. There’s a few docks for parking. We enjoyed waking up to the beautiful lake view every morning. Balcony was great.
