This is the perfect place for 2 people, a nice stand alone fully equipped studio apartment with parking for one car. Location couldn’t be more convenient, grocery store, coffee shops and drug store within walking distance, very close to my family and to Niagara Falls, wineries and restaurants.. Plus 4 nights at this location was equal to one night in a hotel with no meals. Can’t beat that. In a nice safe and quiet section of Welland. Would definitely use again.

Located in the nice and quiet neighbourhood, the house is very large and comfortable with a lot of working spaces on the ground floor and desks in the bedrooms to suit remote working people. Very well equipped. Great selection of restaurants on nearby Niagara street and Fonthill as well.
