The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself it’s absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff are very kind, nice and always willing to help you.

Very nice grounds with a cobblestone path to the lake. Also nice common areas with porches and patios. And we saw one gorgeous white dog who kept us company for a bit.

Breakfast was simple but offered several options. Everything served was of excellent quality. Staff serving breakfast was extremely polite. Hotel staff, in general, was helpful and very polite.

Sra Marcela and her husband are really kind and generous, always wiling to help. The location is great. You just have to walk a few meters to see costanera and the Osorno peak

Everything was great . Room with view small view to lake, lovely rooms, nice shower, relaxing lobby with soft music, abundant breakfast with fresh fruits and preserves.

Really nice owners and friendship atmosphere. Super comfortable beds and bathroom. Very close to some beautiful sightseeing places nearby the lake and the theatre.

Beautifully decorated B&B - only blocks away from everything ! House was spotless and breakfast amazing Host was helpful and really nice 👍🏼

A great option in Frutillar. The Cabins are on a quiet side street away from the lakefront bustle and traffic. Within walking distance of lakefront restaurants so you can have a glass of wine and not worry about driving (15 min walk back is uphill though). Cabins are well appointed and kitchen has all necessary cooking utensils. It is nice the owner will not discard nonperishable items left by previous guests (oil, rice, sugar, etc.) so one does not have to buy everything. Unlike most of Chile a real drip coffeemaker. Off street parking.
