cleaner and reception are helpful very helpful staff, especially the cleaner 代显侠, a very considerate, responsible and caring person, he prepared few pieces A4 paper for me when he saw my laptop on desk during his cleaning process even hotel doesn't have any spare for customer, but the receptionist gave my wife sanitary pad by her own at late night, it's a really really great help while all shops outside hotel are closed
