This hotel was exceptional in every way. The staff were friendly and welcoming. In particular, Jack Ma was incredible. Other people have mentioned him in their reviews as well, and they are spot on. This guy makes you feel like you're arriving at a friend's house. The room was lovely, and the bed was quite comfortable. Views from the restaurant on the 31st floor are stunning, and the food was exceptional. Spicy beef with cilantro and the shrimp spring rolls were some of the best bites of food we've had during this trip to China. I would happily stay here again.

Clean room and friendly staffs! Very thoughtful shuffle bus to the airport even though it is 5:30 in the morning and packed breakfast !!! I really liked the shampooing and shower gel.

The property was conveniently located near must-see sites, such as the Hunan Provincial Museum and the Martyrs’ Park. It was walking distance if you enjoy a stroll. Also, the Line 6 subway station (Xiangya Hospital) was nearby. The room was clean and very spacious with a comfortable bed and sofa. I also appreciated the convenience of having a washer / dryer and microwave / stove top in the room, in addition to the general amenities. The breakfast buffet was delicious and provided a variety of options, including local specialties. The staff were friendly and helpful! Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Zealandia and would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Changsha. As a local I strongly recommend here. This is your go-to hotel when visit Changsha. Cecili had arranged us a beautiful birthday setup. We are moved by how sincere the services are.

Super nice room. Fantastic View, great Housekeeping staff. Well equipped very large Gym. Really nothing I could complain about. 10/10 stay. Great Value for Money. We stayed in a 2 Bedroom Suite on the 36th floor overlooking City and River. I would book it again if in Changsha.

This is an excellent apartment with spacious room and facilities. We enjoyed our 1 day stay and will definitely come back. It’s god beautiful view of the lake. Our room was just fantastic

Room was clean, with an excellent view of the river and colorful night view. It was an amazing light show all by itself. Hot water, tea, refrigerator were all available at the reception desk. Grace was wonderful, always willing to help with everything such as restaurants, attractions, directions, and everything you may need. She was hardworking, dedicated and polite. The location was perfect, central to all attractions and close to metro station. We had a wonderful stay.
