Staff picked us up from the airport. The room was very luxurious and clean. The location was amazing. If you ask them they are happy to brew you some delicious tea. Everyone was helpful there.

This place was great, I ran into problems with my foreign bank card, but the staff was super helpful in getting everything sorted out. the breakfast was great, the pool was dope, the room was amazing and cleaned everyday, the staff helped us with recommendations, also they had coffee which was a plus for me since i'm American lol.

This was a perfect place. Pleasant inviting central social space to spend time and visit. Comfortable room. The staff was friendly and helped me get around in xizhuangbanna . Immediately on arrival, I was grateful there was not going to be any problem finding anything. Restaurants and lots of shops. Beautiful place.

We stayed for two days and it was amazing. The owner, Mr. Li, was absolutely great. He picked us up from the airport himself and we found him very amicable. If I come back to Xishuangbanna I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Comfortable hotel at a great location. The owner was super nice, provided me with tips and recommendations for the city, helped with train pick up, and speaks great English. Other staff that doesn't speak English is still super helpful as they have a great attitude (and decent translation apps lol). The city was also surprisingly nice - if I would have known I'd have stayed another night!

Very beautiful hotel with excellent facilities! A great romantic place to stay for a couple and also perfect for families with kids. The rooms were very comfortable and well decorated and pool and gym were excellent. And the staff were the most gracious and helpful.
