Excellent service, the staff are so kind and thoughtful. The place is well located if you want to have a look at the chicamocha's canyon. The breakfast 10/10. A natural space if that is what you are looking for, and close to the Panachi's park. Also, they give you the contact to do paragliding which is near by. Totally recommended and planing to come back anytime soon.

An absolutely wonderful place. The view over the canyon is simply breathtaking — the houses are built right on the mountain, and the feeling is impossible to describe with words. Everything feels very cozy and homely. You can see that a lot of love and care was put into this place, and that the owner created many things with his own hands. It feels more like visiting a beautiful home than staying in a hotel. The host is extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. He supported us with everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. In the evenings, we sat together, talked, and enjoyed a very warm and special atmosphere. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We were truly impressed and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for something special and authentic.

Mountain View, the Chicanocha rooms have a floor to ceiling glass view from the room to the mountains as well as from the shower, which was pretty amazing. The room and bathroom had everything we needed, bed was very comfortable and the black out shades were great! We left the sliding door in the window slightly opened at night and did not need a fan, temperature was perfect. The jacuzzi water temperature was perfect as well, and loved the bar tender pool service. The food and drinks at the bar and restaurant was delicious as well.
