The host was exceptionally welcoming and kind. She made every effort to make us feel at home. The location was ideal because it was a quite area, yet close to the train station and grocery stores etc...., which was very convenient. The appartment itself was cozy, the air conditioner worked great, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, so we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Very nice family run apartment in the rural area west of Berlin. Nice, clean, modern, functional apartment located on the ground floor for an easy access, with everything you might need for a short stay of a couple of days. Very friendly hosts. If you are not a German speaker, make sure you bring along some translation app on your phone to facilitate the communication to make sure both sides understand each other well. Free and safe parking in front of the house. The town of Hennigsdorf is some 10 minutes by car, and from there you can take a train S25 for some 30 minutes to the very center of Berlin by the Brandenburg Gate. The area around the house is very rustic and calm, so if you want to just run away from the city noise, it is a perfect place, as well. Over all, a great choice if you want to stay close to Berlin, yet outside of Berlin. Strongly recommend. For sure will stay there again when next time in Berlin area.
