Very modern design and super comfortable beds. Their private parking on level -4 is a big bonus, but it costs €15 per night.

I liked the location in the middle of city center. It is clean, friendly staff. Close to many monuments.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. I saw from the pictures that it was nice, but when we saw the room we remained speechless! It even had a tiny balcony with a small table and some flowers. The staff was super friendly and available. We will definitely go back.

Everything was clean and well tended. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The restaurant food was very good. The location allowed easy access to public transport.

The room was wonderful, plenty of space. The location was also great, we arrived by bus so that was really convenient. The buses to the airport also have a stop nearby. Lovely staff too!

We thought the price was most reasonable in the heart of Bilbao. The hotel is modern an super clean. The highlight was the helpfulness and friendliness of the afternoon gentleman at the front desk. The handy parking area across the street felt safe and convenient. The location provided super easy access to old town with countless pintxos and tapas bars.

The room was really comfortable. The perfect option for those solo travelers that just travel with a small backpack. You feel like you are in an airbnb.

Breakfast was amazing, with lots of different choices! Everything was great, hotel is located in the city centre, and offers everything you might need for 2-3 days.

Fantastic location and absolutely beautiful home. We’d have loved to stay longer. Management friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. She made sure we’d be able to watch our Seahawks win the Super Bowl!

Excellent location — the city center is within walking distance, but slightly removed from the busy streets, which is great for sleeping. The apartment was spacious, with a comfortable bed and excellent amenities. The reception staff were very friendly.

Great central location. The room was very spacious and clean, and had a small balcony. It was also relatively quiet. The private bathroom was not an ensuite, but was next door - accessible through a shared hallway (which we almost never saw anyone in). The host was very friendly and on site when we arrived (8:30pm). We knew ahead of time about the 8pm check in, so this was not a problem. We also opted to use air conditioning for €5/day and expected this ahead of time. We parked for multiple days at Interparking Euskadi Plaza, and used the P-App app, which I found to be the best value parking in the area

Centrally located near the Guggenheim, Casa Veijo, and great restaurants. The apartment was much nicer and larger than the description and pictures led us to believe. Great stay.
