Spectacular building, well kept and very kind staff

Christmas fairy tale 😍😍 every little detail was well thought of, just gorgeous. We had a blast, everyone was kind and welcoming, great hospitality and camaraderie among staff. Everyone was ready to help. We loved it! We also enjoyed our time by the different fires, so relaxing. Dylan and Diego provided excellent service, nice and hardworking young gentleman.

Nice place but a bit over priced - other parador visits were more unique and less expensive

The staff went out of their way to help us both at check in and in the morning. We appreciated their help.

Wow! What an awesome place!! I got a fairly new, private room, which was located at the back of the property and under the eaves. Wonderful! Clean, airy and spacious. Wonderful bathroom. It was nice to have all of this space for a night whilst walking the Camino. This hostal/hotel is just a few minutes walk from the main square of Cacabelos.

Hemos viajado para las fiestas de Valtuille, ubicación excelente. A 200 metros del centro. Limpieza impecable. Buena atención.

Air conditioning modern room and building

I didn't have the chance to enjoy breakfast unfortunately. But I'm sure it is nice, provided how great the host is. Honestly

Excellent location. Immaculate home with all the amenities one could ask for. Absolutely peaceful & quiet with only the sound of birds. Extremely communicative host, who made us feel welcome and comfortable immediately.

Beds were very comfy, close too Camino trail

Well located right on the Camino, near several bars. Very comfortable and nicely appointed accommodation, with homey touches. The owner, Joaquin, was exceptionally communicative with us and ensured we had all necessary information for check-in and ensured our stay was positive . A WONDERFUL respite from the often close and cramped accommodations one often finds along the Camino.

Nice outdoor area. Bar and restaurant on site. Food was good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great location, right on the Camino. I had a private double room that was next door to the restaurant. My window was high in the ceiling(remote controlled). The room got extremely hot. Thanks to the staff, they were able to help me figure out how to turn the AC on. The menu del dia was great.

Finca Esencial is a beautifully renovated property right on the Camino de Santiago that has thought of every possible detail to provide a most pleasant experience, beautiful rooms that feature both the properties stone walls and wooden windows combined with state of the area bathrooms and amenities. Views of the countryside and vineyards can be appreciated in every room. Roland and Raquel are a gem, perfect hosts of the upmost kindness, while doing the Camino we experienced a knee issue that prevented us from arriving on foot like originally planned, Roland picked us up from the nearby town and also helped us get closer to town for our meals. And the breakfast was delicious. Thank you Roland and Raquel for giving us such a wonderful experience that will become cherished memories.
