Very comfortable hotel room, quiet and ideal for a transit stay on the way north to home. Everything was great.

Undergoing exterior construction in April 2025. Check in was at the temporary trailer in front of the hotel. Dusty, rooms feel worn. I hope they renovate those spaces next. Great coffee shop

I had a fantastic stay at Polotel Hotel in Valladolid. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. What truly made the experience special was the warm and welcoming staff — especially the Moroccan team. Every one of them was kind, helpful, and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. If you’re visiting Valladolid and want a peaceful, friendly place to stay, I highly recommend Polotel. The room looks clean, smells clean and big, the staff are friendly. The bed is firm and comfortable, ideal for my bad back. Food in the restaurant are good, we had excellent ribeye. Fish with prawns tastes good too. We feel really rested, it's a shame we only stayed 1 night as it was just for a stop over on a long roadtrip, we didn't get the chance to use the spa. We would definitely go back.

Great location, extremely friendly staff and a good value. I wish we’d had more time to discover Valladolid. Maybe next year. Whenever we get back, we’ll definitely stay at Hotel Mozart!

The location es excellent, the staff is very nice and helpful.

Safe underground parking. Facility and room were in good and clean condition incl. small fridge. 24 minute walk to city center is not too pleasant but ok.

It was very pet friendly . Our Golden was allowed to enter the cafeteria but not the restaurant.

Apartment was amazing. It exceeded my expectations. It was huge and located just behind Plaza Mayor so very central. Everything was provided for us in the kitchen, even down to providing dishwasher tablets.
