Our room was on the bottom floor at the back of the property, completely shaded and near the L'Ille river. This was pretty and relaxing, but also created problems with the room. Everything was a little damp and moldy smelling all of the time, and opening the window and using the heater in the bathroom did not help. If we stayed here again, I'd ask for a room upstairs on the front side of the property. The staff and all the shared amenities were lovely.

Amazing stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and the staff working there were just lovely especially Anahit she was very helpful and always available if I had any questions. You can really feel that they care about their guests. Everything felt so easy, relaxed (SPA, gym and amazing breakfast)! I’d totally recommend this hotel to anyone visiting- it’s one of the best I’ve been to.

Good location, convenient to train station and easy to walk to events. The hotel was clean and we had very nice interactions and assistance from the personnel.

Location for transit. Easy access. Big, free parking. EV charger point (5 or 6) Big room, clean, modern. Bathroom modern, clean, Dove hand soap, shampoo. Big TV.

Value for money Breakfast Parking

Management was very accommodating and helpful. Property is a stones throw to grocery store and bakery. Accommodations were wonderful and comfortable almost like you were home. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Easy to reach, good spot to explore the area from, lots of nearby parking, nice and clean.

This place is a gem! Location was very convenient to rail (near airport) with ample parking. Short ride to the center of Strasbourg. I would stay there again. The room was very comfortable. Nice layout. Bed firm and pillows were soft which made for an excellent night sleep. Room was very quiet and we did not have any noise disturbance. Entire facility is nicely decorated, outside the balconies were covered with flowers and inside the restaurant were finished with wood paneling. Breakfast buffet was typical European with everything freshly served. We did have dinner at the restaurant one evening. Service was good and food prepared to perfection.
