The bread for a 'tartine' was not so fresh, and there was no protective cloth/napkin to allow people to cut the loaf of bread.

All perfect - the host is extremely helpful. Very close-by Lyon and very quiet and decoration is gorgeous. Host is proposing an excellent restaurant service, drinks and breakfast.

Extraordinary location, in an historical convent, perfectly maintained. Courtesy of the staff is far above any expection. At the arrival since our room was not ready we were upgraded to a suite. The furniture in the common areas of the hotel is extraordinary and make this luxury location an amazing experience. The heated pool with the stunning view over Lyon is top.

Modern hotel with large rooms, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. It has nice secure underground parking (for a fee) with a large number of spaces. This is excellent if you want to explore the city not have to worry about the car. There is a bus stop close by with frequent departures that makes it easy to access the the metro and get around the city. The hotel is located in a nice modern area with a few restaurants and bars close by. It was easy to find and not too far away from the motorway.

Very clean. Excellent breakfast and welcoming and friendly host. We were met by him and his jolie daughters and friend in a little line to welcome us. Really nice!

The parking space was reserved and easy to find. The rooms were clean.
