Excellent place, everything is for their customers

The location is exceptional. It is not fancy, but comfortable, plenty of hot water, the sauna and steam is a bonus, food is good and staff are helpful and friendly.

Beautiful decor and very tasteful throughout

We looked for an affordable place to stay -- of which there are very few -- and Les Mélèzes exactly fit the bill. It is a bit old-fashioned with very simple rooms, e.g., our quad room had two normal twin beds and two bunk beds. The huge surprise as the dinner and breakfast, which were outstanding with fresh garden vegetables and fresh cheese. Not only that, they were reasonably priced: the same food at a restaurant would have easily been double the price,.

Absolutely perfect food, everything and the whole day!

All the personnel are nice and very helpful, the rooms are quite clean and fresh. Most of the days breakfast was tasty. The room had a big TV, could stream from my phone there.

Location with ski in ski out service

Hotel Le Genepy was my favorite stay location I could ever ask for! Everything from the breakfast, dinner, staff, jacuzzi, bar, and access to Tignes mountain were exceptional. We loved the "family" vibe here and were welcomed with warm hospitality. I will come back again. 10/10 experience.

Great location! It is our 4th stay in the property. Very convenient - ski shop and grocery store just around the corner. Ski in ski out. Super nice and helpful staff🙏🏻

Very spacious room that suited the needs of our 10 person group perfectly. The room was comfortable with good facilities all in working order. Nice location in small, quiet but pleasant village at the bottom of Tignes.

I have done alot of traveling, and the view from my room was possibly the most spectacular I have ever had. The location was perfect, close to town and shops/restaurants, but right on the lake for peace, quiet and beauty. I am an elderly woman, and had a broken suitcase, so Beatrice gave me a free upgrade to put me on the first floor. Very accommodating, and what a bonus. The breakfast is great, the decor warm and cozy, the shuttle to the mountain is easy. I couldn't ask for anything more. You will not be disappointed.

Easy access to ski lifts, restaurants

There is a very convenient Sherpa (small supermarket) and bakery around the corner. The car could be parked in the Golf parking (mandatory in Tignes) which is 50 meters from the property. As to many places in Tignes you can ski to very close to the property

Location was amazing. Pool and spa were great, and the staff were very patient even when there were too many people using the spa and pool. Very professional. Food was excellent.

The apartment is well located, close to ski lifts, groceries and ski rentals across the road and restaurants nearby. It's spacious with a fantastic view! Great for a group of 8. The big terrass is also very convenient and nice when the sun is out and warm enough. The view is just outstanding! There are many closets for storage. The atmosphere is so nice with the modern interior. It's very comfortable.We also really appreciated the wonderful welcome gift from the owner. The hostess did a great job with check-in and any questions during our stay. The ski area is big and easy access to both sides from Tignes le Lac. The chairlift is 3 min walk and gondola is 5 min. There are 2 ski lockers available in the ski room on the ground floor. Note: there is no reception in the building, make sure you notify the host before arrival.

The residence is quite nice, easily accessible from the slopes - direct ski path right to the door which takes you to the ski lifts. Clean rooms and well equipped kitchen. Quiet place overall. The spa zone is nicely made and decorated. Great view from the apartments and almost perfect location.
