Good hotel close to airport. We used it for an event close by. The hotel was clean and comfortable.
It's a bit dated but is good for a couple of days. We didn't use the swimming pool however our friends did and thought it was pleasant.
There is no extra for car parking.
We didn't have breakfast. However, one of our friends did and thought it was decent.
I would use the hotel again.

Just suited our needs perfectly, so close to where we needed to be on Saturday. Staff were really friendly and very obliging inthe restaurant. Our room was spotless and comfortable. Car parking was so easy . Would definitely use again

Location was fab for concert. Free parking. The food and drink was very reasonable in the hotel. Comfy rooms, spa was clean and had what you needed helpful staff. For the price I'd totally recommend.

Great location, perfect for a stay if visiting to watch a gig.
Great rooms.
Friendly staff.
Underground parking with lift access to hotel. Plenty of eating choices. Attached to the shopping area.

Fantastic location & very close to Resorts World & the NEC - less than a 10 minute walk.
There was also plenty of free parking on site.

Everything was great. Car parking was a bit far away and driving round the NEC is complicated so was unsure how to drive to drop bags off.

I was attending a conference at the NEC. And location was excellent. I could park up, leave the car and walk across to the Hall. Secure parking, staff very helpful, Kate night bar food available and was very welcome
