Clean friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful, and readily available. Rooms were comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

I absolutely loved the hotel, and the staff were incredibly friendly — every one of them, but especially Maria. She always had a smile on her face and truly pampered us during breakfast each morning. The breakfasts were fantastic — we tried several options from the menu and each one was delicious. We also had dinner at the hotel one evening, and the hamburgers were excellent. Overall, the service was fast, attentive, and very good. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this gorgeous and welcoming hotel. If we have the chance, we’ll gladly return!

Good value for 3 night stay. The property is located in a good location, having bus stops just outside. Arnos Grove, Totteridge and Whetstone tube stations are nearby with good connectivity. There's a tesco just outside the property as well.

I liked the seamless process to check in and check out. I found the room comfortable and homely. I liked that there was a coffee machine in the room, and a kitchen available.

Location was amazing and in zone four in the tube ( very simple to get into London). The owner was very helpful too! 5*
