United KingdomMet instantly by one of the owners and given a room that was out of the actually hotel in the courtyard next to my car.
The room was great, it was warm with underfloor heating and had a very nice large tv.
For the price we paid, I couldn’t fault it. And will definitely be staying there again when required.

This was an overnight stop for me on the way to a nearby music festival. The location for my purposes was perfect, as was the free parking. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. This was perfect for what I needed.

Lovely host, bed was so comfortable. Honestly one of the best hotel beds I have slept on! Also really appreciated the free parking on site. Excellent value for money and will definitely stay again.

Very smart rooms, looked to be newly refurbished. And extremely clean. Kath (the owner) and Sara were amazing. So friendly, kind and professional. They could not have done more to make our stay great. They work really hard to make you feel at home.
Breakfast was delicious.
We had a curry one evening too which was also very nice.
On site parking was a bonus, be sure to give your number plate details to someone at the bar as the car park is not owned by the pub.

The room was very comfortable and warm on a frosty morning. Free parking was included in the stay and, although the adjacent theme park wasn't open for our stay, we found the location near Tamworth very convenient. Of course the inclusive buffet breakfast was great and filiing with good service and quality food. We travelled to Twycross Zoo during our stay and it was easy to get to from the hotel.
