The property was beautiful, the room and facilities were excellent and very clean, and most of all the hospitality of the owners was one of the most memorable parts of the trip. Highly recommend the dinner, breakfast and wine tasting, everything was delicious and homemade.

The place is well taken care of, with nice, bright rooms and beautiful surroundings. The terrace is a great spot to enjoy the views. We also had breakfast, great variety and very tasty. Veery cozy, tasty food, amazing ambience in the restaurant extremely friendly host.

Location was great, right in the middle of the city. The atmosphere was nice and comfy. The room was spacious and clean. Natural lighting of the room was really good, even though it was facing the North. Good to have a game room in the building, so you can have som fun without even going out of the building.

David and his family made us feel right at home, felt more like staying with friends than at a hotel. Great hospitality. David also took us to an auto repair shop when we had a flat tire. The property is beautiful, great lounging area with hanging chairs and beer on tap, nice pool to cool down in the heat. We had a wonderful stay. Food was awesome, and we were also able to try David’s homemade wine which was the best we tasted in Georgia !!!

Amazing atmosphere and location, right in the heart of the mountains. The hosts were very attentive and made our stay even more enjoyable – thank you for that. The kitchen was excellent, with delicious dishes. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone.

Amazing place 😍 Clean, brand new, comfy mattresses, good bathroom and showers. Perfect base to explore the Kakheti area. Jemali and Ketino were great hosts. Very attentive, responsive, and eager to share some of their local Georgian culture with us. Also a good place to taste local homemade wine, chacha, and locally grown fruits and nuts. Their food was right on 🤟

Perfect location, much of the things you need to see, are close. The host was nice and kind, place is designed very well and nice, which factor brought us a good mood too. Rooms are clean and bright. We liked to spend our time here very much.

First of the the garden was absolutely beautiful! I would like to thank the host very much for being so understanding of us arriving late and wanting to leave early to get to the hikes. She literally woke up earlier to make us pancakes. Sweetheart
