Staff is very helpful, friendly. Installations are great. You can reach the beach by 10 mins walk, is very nice and not so many people in it. Parking on premises, bike rental.

The staff was amazing and super friendly. Loved it . The location was great and the services were also great . Every need was taken care of. A special mention to Silvana and all the staff , reception , cook , waiters . We really enjoyed our time.

The villa and pool were outstanding. Beautiful design and well stocked. The service from the man and his mom that worked at the villas was exceptional. My husband and myself travel alot and this may have been the best service i have ever had.

We really enjoyed our week stay here. The pool facilities were clean and spacious with plenty of sun loungers. The bar staff and waiting staff were always friendly and polite. Helpful receptionists - I informed them that the hair dryer wasn't working and they brought me another one straight away. The location is also convenient for the beach and the bus stop into Kos Town. Very peaceful and slept well.

We had a wonderful stay at Homes Eva Garden in Kos, Greece during our first family vacation over the Easter weekend. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. What really stood out was the amazing host—she was so warm, welcoming, and incredibly dedicated. She went above and beyond to make our stay easier, even providing extra things for our baby like an eating chair and child-friendly cups and plates. It made all the difference. We would definitely love to return and highly recommend it to other families!

The small house was absolutely perfect, set in a beautiful location lovely kitchen and powerful shower, and very comfy bed. My partner and I enjoy walking/hiking so we were up and away early each morning for a few hours before it got to hot. On the 3 days we were there we took 3 different routes the first day we turned left to asomatos then up past the church and picked up a dirt road, which lead to cemetery, the second day we headed straight up to Zia, to see how far we could get up the mountain our intention was to make it to the summit, but was to much off a challenge, but never the less was rewarded with some spectacular views. On the third day we walked down to lagoudi turned left up towards another church and beautiful cemetery, then up to Zia and back down to asphendiou there is also a lovely taverna in the village 5 minutes from the house where we had a couple of really good meals. Gorgeous new build among ruins and nature with a fabulous view to the sea. Comfortable bed (finally), good WiFi, Netflix option on TV, spacious, hosts amenable to change to ground floor (to save our knees). Access road well sign marked. Quiet.

Amazing spot if you like mountains, a great view, and relaxation. Beautiful house with attention to detail. The host was prompt in replying and provided us with clear directions and instructions.

It was a magical experience, we hope to come back again :) The view is amazing, especially from the pool. Especially the kids enjoyed the pool very much. Dimitri was very helpful, he gave us a warm welcome and gave us a tour of the property, went over the basics. He provided suggestions for restaurants, and places to go in the island. The location is central, easy to go to anywhere in the island, I suggest renting a car. The architecture and furnishings are very nice.
