I had trouble figuring out where to park my car and the staff was so patient and kind with my confused phone calls. My room was upgraded to a lovely suite and I thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant for dinner and the morning breakfast.

The Greek breakfast, the parking just opposite, the central location. We were also given a free room upgrade!

Very nice experience. Very friendly staff, good location, comfortable, clean and good price. I had to check out early and didn't have time to take the breakfast, but they prepare dome sandwiches, cakes, coffee and juice to take away. I forgot some items in my room, and they send me a package with the lost items to my hotel in Paros. Wonderfull experience in Heraklion. Totally recommend this hotel.

Location was amazing, the room was gorgeous and the staff very helpful!

Lovely accommodation in the heart of the city. Depending on the suite the shower is part of the main bedroom but this wasn't an issue for us. Rooms are tastefully done and the staff couldn't enough to help. The top floor restaurant overlooking the city is exceptional.

The room was spacious, with a modern design and large shower cabin. There was a large balcony and the location is right next to a craft beer bar with loads of selections. The breakfast was good and varied (try the rice milk pudding when you can find it). The hotel also has its own bar and restaurant where you can sample different tasty foods and drinks

Very nice communication with owner, very efficient. We appreciated having a few snacks and drinks ready on site as we arrived very late at night. Thank you !

Spacious apartment with a great balcony.

We loved the Omikron property. The location was great, all amenities were provided, residences were clean and comfortable. And it’s only 15-20 minutes to the airport. I would highly recommend staying here for a visit to Heraklion.
