The room was modern and tastefully decorated. A very comfortable stay! The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. House keeping came everyday with clean linens and beach towels upon request. There was a nice terrace with tables and chairs. The safe felt very secure. The location was great, just a short walk to both the port and to town. The air conditioning and the ceiling fan provided a very comfortable climate.

Beautiful spot, with an incredible view, delicious breakfast, and ideal location for a short stay in Kimolos! A bit pricey, but so is everything on the island... And the true hospitality, cleanliness, and all-inclusive feel of the stay made it totally worth the money. I just have to include a short rave about the staff, because they were the real reason I would return! Mike is the absolute best... He was so hospitable, waiting for us on arrival, chatting about Texas BBQ, getting us a driver to take us up the hill, and even giving us a ride to the beach to help us maximize our one full day in Kimolos! Oh, and he saved us from missing the ferry we intended to take to Milos, because we were looking at the wrong schedule. Valentine was also a highlight of our stay-- she was not only there to provide whatever we needed at breakfast or in the evenings, but brought such incredible warmth and personality to the cafe/bar area and was always ready for a joke or a chat! Overall, a beautiful stay-- if you're on the fence, book it just for the wonderful and genuine staff. You won't regret it!

This was truly one of the best accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. Cristina is an amazing host — warm, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming from the very first moment. The apartments are brand new, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, combining modern amenities with island charm. I especially loved the balcony overlooking Choria and the sea, the cosy little kitchen, the beautiful bathroom, and the amazingly comfortable bed. What made the stay even more special were all the thoughtful little details: bathrobes and slippers, lovely shower products, delicious small jars of jam and honey and toast bread and coffee, and the impeccable daily cleaning by Natalia. Cristina even brought local products to try, which was such a kind and personal touch. The apartments are located just above Choria, in a peaceful and serene setting that feels wonderfully calm and rural, while still being only a short 5-minute walk from the village, cafés, and restaurants. The beach is a bit farther on foot, but even without a car I found it very manageable — and with a car, everything is close and convenient. I also loved Kimolos itself. The island is very small but offers a much more peaceful and authentic atmosphere compared to the busier and more touristy Milos, while still having frequent ferry connections between the two islands. I genuinely loved my stay here and would happily return. A heartfelt thank you to Cristina and Natalia for making this experience so nice and special :)

Our experience at Espera Suites was nothing short of exceptional. The location, perched on a quiet and picturesque hill, offered a sense of serenity that is truly hard to match. At times, it felt as though we had the entire world to ourselves—especially during the breathtaking sunset views. The staff were consistently attentive and welcoming, contributing to the warm and relaxed atmosphere throughout our stay. Our room was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one would expect from a five-star property. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the breakfast. Every item we tasted from the buffet was of outstanding quality—fresh and flavorful. We are already looking forward to returning to this beautiful place.

Beautiful views from the terrace, just like in the picture. Comfortable, pleasant room. Katerina was a WONDERFUL host, picking us up from the ferry, bringing us home-baked cookies and pie, and full of friendly, helpful advice for enjoying the beautiful island. We were able to get around fine without a car, but it was definitely a lot of walking.

Perfect location right outside of Chorio (2’ walk) so it’s not crowded. Only negative thing is you are on the main road and there is noise at night by the passenger and cars. Nice view and parking area. Great decorations and facilities.
