Excellent location with a great view to the sea and only seven kilometers from Karlovasi. Very clean. Mr. Giannis had good response to my request. I will prefer to stay there in case of another visit.

The price was amazing 💰 and the location is simply perfect. I discovered some beautiful villages nearby where I was able to take incredible photos and videos 📸. The studio was fully equipped with absolutely everything you could need. I was pleasantly surprised to find a full basket of goodies 🧺 waiting for me — from toast and eggs to fresh fruits and sweet treats. There was also water in the fridge, plus shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. Everything was thoughtfully prepared. The place feels very welcoming and cozy, almost like home. You can really feel the care and attention to detail. Everything was fantastic! I will definitely come back with great pleasure. Highly recommended!

We stayed there for three nights.Overall, everything was great. Owner/ contact and his father, Nikolas were very helpful people. The house has enough clean bed sheets, towels and a kitchen with all amenities which actually can be utilized for cooking. It is a very good place for families( 4+), who want to stay in the same house/space, and have a car to travel around. (It is far from beaches/ not in walking distance. We had the rental car so, it wasn't an issue.)

Kerkis View House is a recently renovated apartment in Karlovasi where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities.

Amazing apartment and attentive and gracious hosts. We felt like locals. Very well furnished space and we cooked in one night. Don't miss the taverna down the street from the apartment.
