Staff was amazing. Reception, Concierge, Bar and other Waitstaff were truly exceptional. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was as good as it could be. The room was great. Clean, plenty of space, great bathroom and a nice view of the pool.

We had a wonderful stay at Atlantis! The apartment had a beautiful sea view, a great location, and was incredibly clean and cozy. The host was very helpful and even left some food in the fridge, which was very appreciated. We enjoyed an amazing breakfast at the restaurant just below, Abuelos — the people there were extremely kind and welcoming. There are also some fantastic fish restaurants nearby, which made our stay even better. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely be back! Highly recommended.

Took a night there for a night connection in the airport. Price was fair. Very nice and sweet hotel. Very easily accessible from the airport by bus.

The host, Liz, was very compassionate, kind and very responsive. In addition to answering all our questions, she provided transportation, food options and places to visit. Liz, was also very patient and even translated for us when we were ordering food to be delivered. Her husband and son were also very helpful and assisted us in loading our suitcases. The unit was very beautiful, clean and had more than we expected. We are so happy to have stayed here and look forward to staying again. We highly recommend this unit!

Amazing big house, convinient location close to the airport 11 minutes by car and same distance to the closest beach. It has an exceptional view to the city of Thessaloniki, and a partial view of the sea. Beautiful place to share a sunset with friends.

Pretty much everything. The host is lovely and the whole house is decorated and styled with a lot of care and love. She has given a lot of tips for our upcoming journey. The location is very close to the airport but so quiet. Would 100% reccomend, staying here was truly great experience

I had a wonderful stay at the Ambassador Hotel Thessaloniki. The hotel offers stunning panoramic views of the city, creating a relaxing and memorable atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. I also enjoyed the beautiful pool area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The hotel’s location is very convenient, close to the airport while still providing easy access to the city center.

I arrived 1am wee hour. The reception was exceptionally warmth and helpful. He came out to greet me and helped me with both my luggages. For someone who had travelled the last 29 hours, this is very comforting when one is far from home and extremely exhausted. He checked me in swiftly and in an orderly fashion briefed me step by step. He even offered to help bring my luggages to outside my room. I thanked him and could managed using the lift. He went beyond what i had experienced considered i had travelled to so many places for work and for leisure. His reception is above the 5 stars hotel. Congratulations to the management for your excellent employee. He should duly be recognized.
