Perfect location. Quite comfortable. Good facilities. Not too crowded, even in high season. Nice and quiet FKK beach nearby. Perfect vacation.

The house was great! Very spacious, 2 bathrooms, extremely comfortable. The entire camping site is amazing, with a lot of parks and amusement sites for kids. There are also restaurants and supermarkets within the site (a bit more expensive) but everything is at arm’s length.

A wonderful resort! We spent the days lounging on the beach, our apartment had everything we needed and beautiful view of the ocean from our room and deck.

We had a really nice stay at Eden, the location is great for a leisurely stroll into city centre, and the food was really good too.

We love the new pools, the new beer garden and pekara that opened close to the mobile homes— love how well the property has been kept up and all the restaurants and local konzum!!

Best hotel for kids I have seen until now. Will return next year. The staff is also very nice, but the Branko at the entry is over the top. He is super nice and helpful.

Location of the apartment is great,,near the beach and about 15 min walk to the old town of Rovinj. The apartment owners are very friendly and the breakfeast is quite good.

That there are a lot of facilities you can use. It is close to Rovinj. It is very clean. It looks luxurious!

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Armin. We arrived earlier than we had indicated we would, but after a quick phone call to our host and a short 5 minutes wait, our host arrived. She showed us to our apartment which was quite large and spent a lot of time with us pointing out the easiest way to walk to the historical part of the city (about 10-15 minutes walking - about 1km) and to some of the points of interest. She recommended a couple of restaurants which we definitely enjoyed. Breakfast was very good! We really appreciated that they served a good selection of meat, cheese, eggs, breads, and more. We had a rental car, so it was great to be able to park it and then walk everywhere we wanted to go. Overall, we would highly recommend staying here!

Great location with two different dog beaches in approximately less than 10 min walking time. Very nice host that helped with every question.

We liked everything about our stay in Rovinj! Ivan was so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. He was there to meet us when we arrived, provided private parking for a small fee when we rented a car, and met us at the apartment with a golf cart to take us and our luggage back to the car which was up a hill. Ivan was very attentive and always answered our messages quickly. The location of the apartment is perfect! it is right across the street from the arch leading to the old town. It is in the center of all the action, but was never loud or crowded. The apartment itself is well appointed and very comfortable.

The location was awesome. Right in the town square. Property manager's were great!. There was a parking space just a few minutes from the apartment. Would rent this place again.

Very nice property comfortably located in the center of the city with a great view. Xenia is excellent. Very friendly and very nice. She goes out of the way to be sure people are happy. And I was. Her lunch and dinner recommendations were excellent.

It was super clean and very well organized and equipped. The hosts were very helpful and nice. The location was also excellent. The two nights we stayed may be a few more in the future and we can honestly recommend this place.
