Khokan, Deepak, Subham and Nick are wonderful, made us feel at home. They were very attentive and friendly staff. Always smiling and focus on making their guest feel happy and comfortable. I want to give a huge shout out to Mr. Partha (provided excellent service throughout our stay) thanks a lot Fatima, thank you for your help and always smiling, keep up the good work. I always wanted to stay at The Fern and finally got the opportunity. For me it was a fantastic location to visit my family. Wish we had more time to explore. Thank you for everything. The hosts were extremely welcoming, polite, and always ready to help. Their hospitality made us feel at home, and they ensured that everything we needed was taken care of. This homestay is ideal for families, couples, or anyone who appreciates a quiet and comfortable stay with a personal touch. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, making our stay very pleasant. The surroundings are peaceful, yet the location is very convenient — 1.5 kms away from Calangute beach, restaurants, and local shops.

Beach near the hotel and staff politely behaviour. One thing is most like they called once after booking and sent all the details on WhatsApp.

breakfast was good as per choice and was paid as it was not included in the room rent. overall, the room was good with a comfortable bed and cosy toilets.

The stay was great, property is close to beach.rooms are neat and clean.staff is very helpful.

Welcoming and Polite nature of the staff a must visit place to stay

Bayou has a very bohemian vibe. Set by the backwaters, mornings are awesome for bird watching while sipping on coffee. The rooms are spacious, clean and done up aesthetically. The small kitchenette is perfect with the requisite utensils, fridge & microwave. The caretaker is friendly.

We were really satisfied with this hotel. The space was atmospherically arranged, all planning and serving things went smoothly. A nice experience overall.

We had to cancel our reservation at the last minute, and even though the cancellation policy we chose was non-refundable, the host was gracious enough to cancel the booking for free at the last minute. We really appreciate such kindness from hosts, especially when it is not obligatory, so I would presume that they must take good care of their guests during their stay as well!
