The property is very clean, staffs are execellent, we booked the “Clasic Room” but on check-in we were offered “pristine room”. The reception staff specifically Miss Aditi was very polite and humble and offered us the pristine room as we were 3 member. and the room was really good. Will always choose this hotel whenever I go to mumbai. Breakfast too was excellent. There are lots of restaurants and shopping malls nearby

Staff was super kind, well mannered and professional. The room was nicely designed and the bed was 100% comfortable. Very clean, huge window, bottled water provided. I had a lovely stay in the hotel.
