No breakfast was included but hotel was good. Size of rooms were really good.

Designer property, unique architecture and materials. Everything in the hotel as a designer vibe to it, sometimes one longs for a bit more warmth than concrete and steel, the shades of pink everywhere help offset the industrial design - exposed ducting, plumbing, all painted black against pink beautifully form finished concrete - Barbie in a factory :-)

The property is located at very prime location and stay was excellent with excellent service by all staff members. The breakfast was also good. Overall experience was wonderful and never hesitate to book this property for stay in Kollam

My overnight stay at Prasanthi hotel was quite honestly one of the best hotel experiences I've had in India. I asked for a quiet room and it was given with a smile. Everything was immaculate. The small things ... like a quiet ceiling fan and same for the AC. Windows you could open. Such a comfortable bed and everything super clean and well maintained. And did I mention beautiful. The furnishings and interior design. This will definitely be my choice of hotel when I return to Kollam. Thank you to all the staff.

The Hotel was very nice. It is a very new property and we took a chance, as it only had two reviews. But it was definitely worth it, as we liked it very much. The value for this price was exceptional. The staff is very friendly and helped with any needs we had. Additionally their restaurant serves delicious food. In fact some meals we have tasted there were amongst the best we had on our entire kerala trip lasting for three weeks up to this point.

Very attractive Homestay with spacious and clean rooms. Also have wide parking area,friendly and helpful staffs. This Homestay is very close to Thankassery beach and Thirumullavaram beach.

Very clean and comfortable stay right in the center of the city. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Overall the stay was amazing :- The property is also close to Kollam junction railway station and Kollam Beach( walkable )

We had a small technical glitch which the staff expedited to solve immediately and did so. Had a wonderful quiet stay at the place..
